En Water For People contribuimos directamente con el ODS 6 desde los temas de cobertura total en agua y saneamiento y la gesti\u00f3n integral de recursos h\u00eddricos.Somos apasionados y creemos firmemente en nuestro prop\u00f3sito. Estamos en constante proceso de crecimiento y de expansi\u00f3n de nuestras soluciones. En la actualidad estamos en b\u00fasqueda de un Director(a) de Pa\u00eds &#8211; Per\u00fa, cuya sede de trabajo ser\u00e1 en la ciudad de Trujillo. El Director asumir\u00e1 un rol desafiante, siendo un Agente de Cambio de un equipo, para el posicionamiento de la organizaci\u00f3n y co-definir junto al equipo global de la organizaci\u00f3n, estrategias para la la recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos que permita incrementar el alcance del programa \u00abCobertura Total, Por Siempre\u00bb en las \u00e1reas rurales de Per\u00fa.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tWHAT EXPERIENCE DOES THE PERSON WHO WILL BE PART OF OUR TEAM HAVE?\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<ul><li>Professional in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related fields. Master&#039;s degree in Administration, Finance or MBA. Desirable with Specialization in Management Administration, Project Management and\/or Social Management, Project Management Methodology and knowledge of agile methodologies.<\/li><li>10 \u2013 15 years of experience in management, deputy management or director positions in: Fundraising and\/or Corporate Social Responsibility and\/or Institutional Image and\/or Social Marketing and\/or Finance, in non-profit organizations, foundations, microfinance institutions, in the public or private sector. Experience as a Program Manager in: water resources, sanitation, basic services, agriculture, entrepreneurship, among others, preferably in the rural sector, also applies.<\/li><li>Extensive knowledge in fundraising through: international cooperation, private sector and individual donations.<\/li><li>Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, execution and comprehensive management of portfolios and projects, preferably of a social and productive nature.<\/li><li>With financial management for the effective management of programs, funds, budgets, etc.<\/li><li>I work with performance, management, impact and social contribution indicators.<\/li><li>Advanced level of English \u2013 fluent (spoken and written), necessary to work closely with the parent company \u2013 USA.<\/li><li>MS.
