They are very enthusiastic about placing micrometering in the homes of users of the drinking water system. Don Jos\u00e9 was previously a manager at JASS La Pal\u00e9n where users do have micrometers. The population had grown from 35 to 50 families, and some of the families were using more water than they really needed.
