Gisela is an industrial engineer and from her professional beginnings she worked in the project management line. In 2003 he entered the ASH sector as a project specialist: water and sanitation for rural populations and small cities, financed by the World Bank and, since then, he has remained in the sanitation sector or very close to it. Gisela's experience in the ASH sector adds to the effort deployed by the Peru Staff and strategic allies of Water For People, to contribute to the achievement of SDG 6, the country's sanitation objectives and the improvement of basic services of the populations where We intervene.

Miguel is an agricultural engineer. He has a Master's degree in Social Management and specialization courses in irrigation techniques and irrigation management, in the design, monitoring and evaluation of social projects; as well as Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). He has 25 years of experience in the formulation, management and evaluation of rural development and Integrated Water Resources Management projects. He is currently a Program Officer in Integrated Water Resources Management and Water Quality at Water For People.

His expertise focuses on budget control, cost optimization, and the management of financial and operational indicators, coordinating administration with field teams to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of projects.

With 12 years of experience in the administration of agroindustrial companies, associations of producers for export and cooperatives with projects financed by International Cooperation such as SDC-SECO, IDB/MIF and Peru Opportunity background. He was vice president of the Regional Executive Export Committee (CERX) of Lambayeque. The last 4 years works at Water For People, where he has dedicated efforts in developmentar market mechanisms for sanitation, in association with microfinance institutions in northern Peru.

A sanitary engineer from the National University of Engineering, with a master's degree in Environmental Management and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he has over 25 years of professional experience, 14 of which have been in management positions in the sanitation, environment, and health sectors, as well as in the design and implementation of national investment programs and public policies. He has served as general coordinator of rural sanitation programs funded by the World Bank and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Currently, he works as an Advocacy Officer at Water For People Peru, where he contributes to strengthening public policies and partnerships to promote sustainable water and sanitation services.
